We ship only to UK addresses and use Royal Mail as our primary carrier. All retail orders placed on this website are processed within 2 business days and shipped free.

Returns Policy
We accept returns and offer refund only on retail orders placed on this site within the initial 90 days from the date of order and payment confirmation.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

Include a copy of the order confirmation from this site, in your return package.

Ship the new or used item back in its original packaging to our address in London seen at the bottom of this website.

Email the reason for return and tracking number for the returned package to info@catandogs.uk
Refund is issued after the item has been received, inspected and verified to be in good condition.
